All rental and property management prices are exclusive of 21% VAT and are calculated on the initial rental price.

Treatment of complaints 

Guiding and quickly solving complaints through a network of skilled contractors, plumbers and handymen. If damage is covered by insurance, it must be dealt with immediately with the insurer 

Maintenance management

Handling of all matters related to maintenance. From quotations to handling.

Breakdown service

Handling acute disruptions.

Discount DR rental

Rental management costs 8% of the total annual rent. If you decide to have property management carried out by DR Management, this will be 5%.

Discount DR Projects

The costs for project management amount to 12% of the total costs per project. If you let DR Management perform the management, this drops to 10%.

Communication with the VvE

Reading in documents such as MJOP, minutes, etc. and ensuring that you are represented in the meetings. 

Collection of rent, service costs and deposit

Monthly collection of the rent and  service charge. Paying costs and transferring them to the landlord. Manage the deposit. You will receive an overview every three months.

Rent indexing

The annual calculation and sending of rent increases to the tenants in accordance with the legal guidelines and agreements made. 

Collection process

In the event of non-payment and non-compliance with agreements, start and manage the collection process and possible eviction.

Settlement service costs

The annual drawing up of an overview of the heating costs and service costs and sending it to the tenant. 

Accountancy 

Processing all transactions in an accounting program and preparing for returns to the tax authorities and providing a monthly financial overview. 

Complete unburdening 

You will be completely unburdened. We manage all aspects of the rental of your property and ensure that you are kept informed of all developments as much as you wish. Our account manager is available every day to support you.
