We visit your home before the start of the rental. Based on this visit, we draw up a report with photos describing the status of your home. You will receive this report from us.

If you subscribe to the property management plan, the fee is 5%.
All rental and property management prices are exclusive of 21% VAT and are calculated on the initial rental price.
